What we are building

A productized AI operations layer for small and mid-sized service businesses in Indonesia: websites, CMS dashboards, customer intake, content workflows, and internal tools that can be reused across verticals such as tourism, sports venues, logistics, retail, and professional services.

Planned Claude integration

Claude will support structured content generation, bilingual copy editing, lead qualification, proposal drafting, admin assistants, and internal knowledge retrieval. The goal is not a chatbot wrapper, but AI inside real operating workflows where businesses already lose time.

Traction signals

The current portfolio includes production-grade builds across logistics, booking, tourism, POS, club management, and CMS-heavy company sites. The shared pattern is clear: replace fragmented WhatsApp, spreadsheet, and manual admin workflows with web-based software.

Responsible deployment

We keep human review in the loop for client-facing AI output, separate public and private credentials, and design admin tools with role-based access, audit-friendly workflows, and clear fallback paths when automation is not appropriate.
